+ GARY ANDERSON / President

Gary is a Bay Area native with over 20 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry. He first began his career in the warehouse and worked his way up to a project manager position. This experience helped him to gain knowledge in all aspects of the industry. Gary continued on to start his own company in 2010. His favorite part of the job is working together with clients and building relationships.

Gary and his family live in San Carlos. He is very involved with his community and enjoys coaching his children's sports teams. In his free time, he loves watching and playing golf, basketball and baseball and can never turn down a trip to Tahoe with his family.

+ MICHAELA WILKINSON / PROJECT MANAGER

Michaela is a Bay Area native from San Carlos, with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is known for her amazing organization skills and dependability. She loves helping clients select the most sustainable floor covering options.

Michaela has two daughters and enjoys volunteering at their school. She loves family trips to the beach (San Diego is a favorite vacation spot) and going to concerts.

+ JUSTIN CROWLEY / PROJECT MANAGER

Justin Crowley is from San Mateo and has been in the industry for years. He loves working with clients to help them find a solution to their flooring challenges. He is known for his continuing ability to successfully manage project schedules. When he isn’t working, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with his friends and family.

+ BRIAN HEVEY / DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Brian is from Redwood City and is the master of jobsite logistics and project scheduling. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and holds several installation certificates. When he isn’t wine tasting, he is usually outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, or jet skiing.

+ TYRONNE JULIAN / PROJECT COORDINATOR

Tyronne grew up in Daly City and graduated from Portland State University. Tyronne is known for his project management and organization skills and is an amazing problem solver. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and traveling.

+ MARY CARNEGIE / CONTROLLER

Mary is a graduate of Colorado State University and has over 30 years of construction accounting experience. She is a versatile member of the GDA team and has been with the company since the beginning. Whenever possible, she enjoys exploring the many beautiful areas of California. Outside passions include classical music, art, and enjoying the antics of her pet birds.
